Project Quantity Surveyor – Energy & Infrastructure

Sembcorp UK is recruiting a Project Quantity Surveyor to join the Projects Engineering team at Wilton, Teesside. You will implement best practice contracts, manage budgets and costs across multiple projects, and provide clear commercial reporting to senior management.

Your focus will be on cost forecasting, identifying risks and opportunities, and driving continuous improvement in project delivery while controlling contract changes and final accounts.
