Newport County AFC Academy is seeking an experienced Academy Manager to lead and take accountability for our EPPP Category 3 academy, ensuring we maintain status while delivering a high-quality, player-centered development programme.
The postholder will provide strategic and day-to-day leadership across the academy, develop home-grown talent, and work with the EFL, Premier League Youth development rules and safeguarding commitments to nurture young players and support education and welfare.
