Apply for the Digital Adoption & Transformation Lead | 12-Month FTC
Location: London
Job Description:

City of London | Hybrid (2–3 days per week)

Up to £70,000 + excellent benefits

I’m working with a leading London Market insurer investing heavily in AI, digital transformation and the future of underwriting.

They’re looking for a Digital Adoption & Transformation Lead to help turn new technology into real business value — identifying where adoption can have the greatest impact and shaping the approach to make it happen.

This is not simply a training or change role. You’ll work across Technology, Product and the Business, operating with a high degree of autonomy and ambiguity to understand priorities, influence stakeholders and determine where adoption efforts should be focused.

What you’ll do:

  • Identify and prioritise digital and AI adoption opportunities based on business value
  • Shape adoption strategies where there isn’t always a defined roadmap
  • Work with stakeholders to overcome resistance, capability gaps and trust barriers
  • Design engaging learning and enablement initiatives for different audiences
  • Partner closely with Product, Technology, Data and AI teams
  • Use user feedback and adoption data to continuously improve your approach
  • Build sustainable adoption and engagement across the business

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience across digital adoption, transformation, business change or technology enablement
  • Strong business judgement and the ability to prioritise competing opportunities
  • Comfortable working independently in ambiguous environments
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Practical understanding of the people challenges behind technology adoption
  • Experience with AI, digital tools or emerging technology
  • Creative, pragmatic and outcome-focused approach

The role is initially offered as a 12-month FTC, with potential for a permanent opportunity thereafter.
