Building Services Engineer – Plumbing & HVAC (London)

BGIS is seeking a Building Services Engineer – Mechanical (plumbing bias) to join our Central London team. The role focuses on maintaining optimal office environments, monitoring the BMS, and carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on M&E plant and equipment.

You will diagnose faults in chillers, boilers, and air handling units, while ensuring health and safety practices and proper permits to work are followed.
