Incentives Strategy & Growth Operations Lead

Tripadvisor is seeking a Senior Manager, Incentives Strategy and Operations in London, with a hybrid work model. You will define governance for incentives and loyalty, partnering with Finance, Product, CRM, Regional, Marketing, and Data teams to steer a scalable portfolio.

You will also build the financial backbone for performance, lead performance reviews, and translate insights into actionable roadmaps and investment decisions that drive growth and profitability.
