About The Opportunity
Roles of this type may sit within collaborative teams where you could take responsibility for delivering defined project workstreams, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring clear communication across engineering, product and operational stakeholders. The work could involve balancing Agile delivery practices with formal governance reporting, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams, and identifying risks early to keep programmes on track. You could have scope to influence how projects are delivered and to develop your project leadership capability.
What You Would Do
- Managing end-to-end project delivery from initiation through closure, owning timelines and milestone reporting
- Planning project scope, resources and budgets; identifying and managing risks and issues
- Coordinating delivery across multiple workstreams and ensuring alignment with programme governance
- Facilitating Agile ceremonies and user story creation where applicable; supporting backlog refinement
- Preparing status reports, financial analysis and governance reporting for stakeholder review
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, product and operations
- Supporting process improvement initiatives and identifying efficiency gains
- Managing stakeholder expectations and escalating blockers to leadership
What You Could Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related discipline
- 3–6 years of project or programme management experience, including exposure to end-to-end project delivery
- Strong project planning, risk and issue management, and reporting skills
- Working knowledge of project governance and multi-workstream coordination
- Experience with Agile delivery coordination and user story creation
- Proficiency in financial analysis and budget oversight
- Excellent stakeholder collaboration and communication skills
- Authorization to work in the United Kingdom
Nice-to-have experience includes
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 qualification
- Background in technology, engineering or life sciences sectors
- Experience delivering in regulated or fast-paced environments
