Conversational AI Product Lead – Contract

Arrows is seeking a Product Lead for a 3 month contract to build a conversational AI experience that guides customers to completion on-platform. The role is hybrid in London, paying up to £500 daily. The candidate will own design, collaborate with legal/compliance, and define testing framework.

You will work with a cross-functional team to ensure the AI helps conversion while staying compliant under UK data protection rules and regulation for comparison sites.
