Elevator Support Specialist (Inbound Care)

Otis Worldwide Corporation in Leicester is seeking a Customer Care Champion to join the Inbound Call team. You will be the first contact for customers with equipment issues and route queries to the right Otis teams. The role runs 8am–4pm on-site, with a focus on fast, accurate work orders and high-quality customer interaction.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, resilience and empathy, and can manage many conversations using multiple IT systems while upholding Otis Absolutes.
