Tradewind Recruitment is seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to support pupils with Cognition & Learning and Communication & Interaction needs at a Redbridge secondary school. You will provide 1:1 and small-group support, help deliver targeted interventions, and collaborate with teaching and SEND staff to help pupils access learning and make progress.
The ideal candidate will have TA/LSA experience, SEND experience, and strong communication skills.
