Night Shift Store Leader: Drive Team Excellence

Sainsbury’s is seeking a Lead Nightshift Manager to supervise a team of managers overnight and ensure replenishment readiness for the morning. You will work closely with the store leadership group to plan for events and drive high standards across the shop floor.

The role requires managing pay, schedules, training and employee relations, while maintaining a safe, inclusive environment. Night shifts run 22:00–08:00 with a £4,500 premium on top of base salary.
