Key requirements

• Understanding of modern ML stack, including transformer architectures (e.g., GQA, KV-caching) and best practices
• Experience in distributed training techniques
• Familiarity with inference optimization strategies (dynamic batching, flash attention, speculative decoding)
• Preferred: publications in top-tier conferences, contributions to open-source repositories, technical writing
