Overview

In this IC1 CSAM role, you will support standardized customer success activities across Customer Health, Cloud Adoption, AI Transformation, and Unified Success. You work within a pod to help deliver plan execution, tracking, and cross-functional collaboration to drive measurable outcomes. You will increasingly own standard Unified activities and contribute to portfolio insights and customer engagements. This is a hands-on, early-career path with guidance from seasoned CSAMs, aimed at accelerating customer value and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Support Customer Success Plans across Health, Cloud Adoption and AI Transformation
  • Assist with plan execution, coordination, and delivery tracking within defined timescales
  • Coordinate virtual teams to maintain alignment and address health concerns
  • Contribute to milestones visibility, risk identification, and action tracking
  • Prepare insights and materials for customer health and plan reviews
  • Help gather delivery progress updates from partners and team members
  • Develop understanding of assigned portfolio to enable valuable recommendations
  • Support preparation for customer meetings and contribute to standard customer presentations
  • Assist in consolidating insights across Health, Cloud Acceleration and AI Transformation
  • Support ownership of standard scoping calls and value capture over time

Key requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2 years of professional experience in customer-facing roles, programme or project management, or technology delivery
  • Proficiency with AI tools and AI-first working methods
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Effective presentation and collaboration abilities
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement
  • Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn
  • Proactive problem solving and resilience
  • Experience with AI tools and data-driven insights
  • Experience with enterprise technology or software solutions
  • Understanding of project or programme management methodologies
