Overview

As a Project Manager in the Global Solutions Key and Asset Management unit, you drive project delivery and customer satisfaction across multiple initiatives. You will report to the UK Portfolio Manager and ensure delivery aligns with plan, quality, and budget, while coordinating cross-functional teams. You act as the main client and internal-team contact, manage risks, and support pre-sales when needed. You join a collaborative environment that values governance, growth, and operational transition.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain project plans, manage P&L and costs, oversee change control and customer approvals
  • Serve as single point of contact for clients and internal teams, chair reviews, escalate issues, report progress to clients and management
  • Record time per policy, forecast for invoicing and revenue recognition, assist project transition into operations
  • Ensure time, cost, and quality targets are met, manage risks with contingency planning, conform to TRAKA governance
  • Collaborate with Sales, Technical Support, and R&D to identify opportunities, drive improvements, and travel to customer sites when required

Key requirements

  • PRINCE2 or APM qualification with proven project leadership in the tech/technology industry
  • Experience in managing people, strong leadership, conflict resolution, negotiation, and excellent written/spoken communication
  • Comfort with risk management, flexible hours, dedication to successful project delivery
  • Ability to build strong internal and customer relationships to enable smooth project execution
  • Strong reporting, handling of confidential data, forecasting and governance skills
  • Strong IT skills including software installation, Microsoft Office, knowledge of databases (Microsoft SQL) and networking fundamentals
