Overview
As Senior Product Marketing Manager at Malt, you own pricing, packaging, and monetisation strategy shaping how the platform captures value. You will partner with Product, Finance, Marketing, and Sales to translate product value into scalable revenue models and guide GTM efforts. Your work spans pricing redesigns, market research, and competitive intelligence to maximize yield and long-term customer value. You’ll influence product strategy and enable cross-functional alignment in a fast-growing, inclusive tech company.

Responsibilities
- Own global pricing and packaging strategy, fee structures, and monetisation models end-to-end
- Lead pricing redesign initiatives and translate strategies into actionable plans, price points, and feature configurations
- Conduct willingness-to-pay research, market benchmarking, and value analysis to refine tiering and add-ons
- Collaborate with Finance, Product, Operations, and Sales to implement pricing updates and align monetisation with metrics (CAC, LTV, retention)
- Serve as strategic PMM partner to Product Management, informing roadmap with market, pricing, and competitive insights
- Ensure cross-functional visibility into roadmap changes across revenue, marketing, and operations
- Develop customer personas, vertical segmentation, and messaging frameworks for market differentiation
- Create sales collateral (pitch decks, value props, buyer guides)
- Build competitive intelligence capabilities (tools like Crayon), translate trends into actionable guidance
- Manage analyst relations and translate analyst notes into strategic marketing collateral
- Develop battlecards and objection-handling tools for field sales enablement
Key requirements
- 5–10 years in B2B SaaS product marketing or strategy with deep pricing, packaging, monetisation, and willingness-to-pay experience
- Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management across Product, Commercial, and Finance
- Strategic and analytical mindset with ability to synthesize data into actionable recommendations
- Proven ability to influence across Commercial, Product, Finance, and Marketing
