Finance Analyst

Overview

In this Finance Analyst role in a Hertfordshire FMCG company, you will prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making and collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret data. You’ll assist budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis while supporting month-end and year-end close processes. You will identify trends, provide actionable recommendations, and ensure regulatory compliance and sound financial modeling. This is a hybrid role with exposure to KPI monitoring and stakeholder-facing insights that contribute to business performance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse financial reports to support decision-making
• Collaborate with departments to gather and interpret financial data
