Project Manager

Overview

In this role you will lead the electrical substation workstream on a major hyperscale data-centre project, ensuring safe, compliant delivery within a complex infrastructure. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align with project goals and technical requirements. You shape the scope and execution of HV/substation activities, contributing to a high-impact, mission-critical data-centre build. This is a permanent role offering stability and potential on-site rotation in Denmark.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the substation element of a large-scale data-centre project
• Coordinate delivery activities for the substation workstream
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to enable successful execution
• Manage project requirements within a complex infrastructure environment
• Ensure works align with project expectations and technical requirements
• Provide oversight across electrical and MEP-related activities

Key requirements

• Experience delivering projects within data centres, high-voltage/substation environments, M&E/MEP or comparable civil infrastructure projects
• Background managing complex construction or engineering projects
• Understanding of electrical infrastructure and substation project delivery
• Experience coordinating multiple project stakeholders and contractors
• Ability to work effectively within a large-scale project environment
