Investment Manager

Overview

In this Investment Manager role you will support the management and growth of commercial real estate investments in Central London for shareholders and third-party investors. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to shape asset strategies, conduct financial analysis, and oversee day-to-day asset management. You will collaborate with lenders, advisors, and managing agents to drive acquisitions, disposals, and performance reporting. This position offers impact through active investment management and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Support acquisitions and disposals of assets
• Assist with development and implementation of asset strategies
• Undertake financial analysis and underwriting of investment opportunities
• Coordinate due diligence, financing discussions, and advisor relationships
• Support leasing and asset management activity, including renewals, regears, rent reviews, and new leases
• Monitor business plans, budgets, and performance with finance teams
• Maintain market relationships and report on market conditions
• Assist with investor and shareholder reporting and strategy sessions
• Oversee day-to-day management matters for allocated assets with managing agents
