Overview
In this role you will optimize liquidity quality and execution performance for institutional clients on the GlobalLINK platform. You will actively manage liquidity providers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive platform growth through data-driven improvements. You’ll tackle execution analytics, liquidity deployment, and market engagement to enhance trading efficiency and client outcomes. This is a highly collaborative, impact-focused position within State Street Markets with a clear path to influence liquidity quality and revenue growth.

Responsibilities
- Actively manage liquidity providers on the platform, including adding, removing, or repositioning liquidity in response to market conditions and client needs
- Optimize liquidity by currency pair, trading stack, execution type, and trading style to support diverse client strategies
- Ensure high-quality, resilient liquidity provision
- Monitor execution performance metrics (fill rates, RTT, market impact, method effectiveness) and identify gaps
- Use quantitative analysis to identify trends and optimization opportunities and make data-driven recommendations
- Support platform growth and revenue by improving liquidity quality and execution efficiency
- Collaborate with Sales, Product and Technology to support enhancements and data initiatives; engage with providers to review performance and align on trading behavior (non-commercial)
- Escalate risks or blockers affecting liquidity performance to leadership; operate within governance and regulatory frameworks; support audits and inquiries
Key requirements
- Strong experience in FX markets, electronic trading, market structure, or liquidity provision
- Background in execution analysis, trading analytics, or market microstructure
- Experience with FX trading platforms, ECNs, EMSs, or liquidity aggregation technologies
- Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities with large data sets
- Ability to interpret trading metrics and communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Knowledge of FX market participants (banks, non-bank makers, buy-side)
- Bachelor in Finance (or related) or equivalent experience
