Property Asset Manager

Overview

In this role you will manage a broad Property Asset Management scope for ABF’s UK portfolio, blending PM/FM with lease events, rates planning and capital projects. You will work within the Estates/Property team to drive efficient asset performance and support corporate occupier needs. The role offers exposure to a brand-new function, enabling you to shape processes and deliver value across the portfolio. You will report to the Head of Group Property – Europe and bring a client-focused, performance-driven mindset to a diverse asset base.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property asset management, PM/FM activities across the UK portfolio
• Coordinate lease events, rent reviews and rate assessments
• Lead budgeting and financial planning for assets
• Drive delivery of capital projects and property initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to optimize asset performance
• Support advisory services for corporate occupiers and retail-related property needs

Key requirements

• MRICS (preferred)
• experience advising corporate occupiers on property requirements
• retail exposure is a plus
