Overview
In this role you will support the Strategic Planning and Performance team with data analysis, benchmarking, and market intelligence to inform the University’s planning and decision-making. You will help assess new programme viability and contribute to annual planning cycles. You will also help develop the university’s Tableau-based BI platform to enable evidence-based decisions. The role sits at the intersection of data, strategy, and operations, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to drive strategic insights and impact.

Responsibilities
- provide market intelligence to support annual planning
- assist with new programme development viability
- collaborate with the planning team to enable university operations
- develop and maintain Tableau-based BI tools to support decision-making
- conduct data analysis, benchmarking, and market/competitor analysis
- produce high-quality reports and dashboards for stakeholders
- communicate insights clearly to key stakeholders
Key requirements
- experience in data analysis / business intelligence
- proficiency with Alteryx and Tableau
- ability to deliver clear reports and dashboards
- strong numeracy across diverse data types (e.g., NSS, OfS)
