Overview

In this role you enable AI-driven transformation within CIBC Capital Markets, partnering with business teams to translate operational needs into AI-enabled solutions. You promote responsible AI, design scalable enablement playbooks, and coach colleagues to drive adoption across the organization. You work cross-functionally to improve workflows and decision-making, leveraging an agentic AI platform to deliver measurable business value. This role suits someone who blends AI literacy with business acumen and strong collaboration to scale AI responsibly.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prioritize high-value AI and automation use cases with business users
  • Apply the agentic AI platform to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort
  • Design AI-enabled processes for automation, knowledge retrieval, reporting, and operational tasks
  • Promote best practices in AI usage including governance, evaluation, and human oversight
  • Coach and mentor users to improve AI fluency and effectiveness
  • Develop playbooks, training content, and enablement resources for scalable adoption
  • Lead workshops and sessions to help teams discover and implement AI use cases

Key requirements

  • Proven experience supporting adoption of AI, automation, analytics, or digital platforms in a business setting
  • Strong ability to understand business processes and identify AI-driven improvements
  • Good understanding of GenAI concepts and practical enterprise usage (prompt engineering, RAG, knowledge retrieval)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and enable others in adopting new technologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with focus on measurable business value
  • Collaborative mindset across teams and functions
  • Experience in Capital Markets, Financial Services, or regulated environments
  • Experience creating training materials, playbooks, or enablement programs
  • Familiarity with workflow automation, knowledge management, or digital transformation
  • Exposure to enterprise AI platforms, agent frameworks, or business process automation tools
  • Understanding of governance, compliance, and risk considerations in AI adoption
