Business Analyst, Wealth Banking & Lending

Overview

In this role as a Business Analyst within Wealth Banking & Lending, you will translate business needs into clear requirements to enable future-state design. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and suppliers to ensure alignment with domain strategy and customer needs. You’ll capture, validate and document requirements while supporting ongoing prioritization and delivery. You will work in a fast-paced, digital delivery environment, contributing to the bank’s customer advocacy and strategic outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Produce and validate business requirements aligned with domain strategy
• Support teams in understanding requirements and their linkages to the overall design
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and third-party suppliers across franchises and functions
• Understand, challenge and develop the business, customers, strategic goals and team operations to realize outcomes
• Capture, validate and document business and system requirements in line with strategic principles
• Interact with customers and key stakeholders to document functional and non-functional needs
• Analyse existing system documentation to summarise related functionality
• Support prioritisation of team work based on customer and stakeholder feedback

• Experience applying business analysis tools and techniques
• Strong communication skills to explain complex concepts to peers and senior colleagues
