R&D Laboratory Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Lead the R&D Sensor Test Laboratory Team with day-to-day direction
• Coordinate daily operation and scheduling of R&D Test Laboratories
• Drive laboratory quality, compliance, and EHS initiatives
• Ensure work follows SOPs and test protocols
• Liaise with cross-functional groups to meet objectives and resolve investigations
• Collaborate with R&D project teams during critical studies
• Provide detailed project information to the Lab Lead and other technical functions
• Review and improve lab test methods and processes while preserving quality
• Act as SME for R&D Sensor Lab equipment, procedures, and processes
