Senior Product Manager

Overview

In this role, you will drive end-to-end product delivery for a crypto/Web3-focused region, translating market and user insights into strategic roadmaps. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to expand markets, launch services, and improve core metrics. You’ll act as the market’s voice to shape the regional product strategy and ensure alignment with regulators and stakeholders. This role offers impact across growth, product propositions, and go-to-market initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and present findings to inform product and tech strategies for the region
• Identify UX and product optimization opportunities and translate feedback into requirements
• Support market expansion and new service launches with marketing, development, and regulators
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and user needs to identify growth gaps
• Feed market intelligence into the regional and company product roadmap
• Develop and implement growth strategies to improve core metrics
• Track competitive positioning and product performance regionally and define go-to-market propositions
• Oversee day-to-day operations including content governance, UX monitoring, and cross-functional coordination
• Track post-launch metrics and user feedback to refine future iterations

Key requirements

• 7+ years in product, operations, or related roles; crypto/Web3 experience required (trading product experience a strong plus)
• Strong data analysis skills with hands-on experience using analytics tools (SQL a plus)
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills; able to drive projects in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders internally and externally, including leadership and regulators
• Proven ability to independently plan and execute growth initiatives
• Proven ability to deliver in a matrix organization
