Overview
In this role, you join a European private equity real estate investor’s London team to support the full investment lifecycle. You will help source, screen, underwrite, model, and execute real estate investments across the UK and Western Europe, including due diligence and IC presentations. You’ll work with cross-border transactions and a variety of asset classes, contributing to market analysis and portfolio studies. This is an ambitious opportunity to influence investment decisions within a high-quality PERE platform.

Key requirements
- 1–2 years’ experience in private equity real estate, real estate investment banking / M&A, or transaction-focused real estate environment
- Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
- Experience underwriting real estate investments
- Excellent analytical and academic credentials
- Strong interest in European real estate investing
- Fluent French or German is highly desirable
