Responsibilities

• Owning and driving the Salesforce product roadmap to align with business objectives and user needs
• Guiding project teams with governance, priorities, and controls to secure successful outcomes
• Influencing cross-functional teams to deliver Salesforce initiatives within scope, timelines, and quality standards
• Building and maintaining relationships with customers, stakeholders, suppliers, and senior leadership
• Monitoring performance, identifying risks, resolving issues, and communicating progress clearly
• Continuously reviewing and enhancing Salesforce capabilities to maximise business value and growth

Key requirements

• Demonstrable experience leading delivery of Salesforce products, projects, or programmes
• Strong project management expertise including governance, planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement
• Proven ability to influence and lead multidisciplinary teams
• Understanding of product ownership principles, prioritisation, and value-driven delivery
• Experience communicating with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership
• Extensive knowledge of project delivery methodologies and best practices
