Assistant Site Manager required for a fit-out of a large office refurbishment in the Glasgow area. The project is commencing Monday 19th October and running for 20 weeks. The requirement is day shifts.
Key Responsibilities
– Assist with the management of the project.– Supervise and coordinate subcontractors.– Conduct site inductions.– Attend client meetings.– Ensure health, safety, and site compliance.– Liaise with the Site Manager .– Use IT systems for reporting and project administration.Essential Experience
– Proven experience as an assistant Site Manager.– Strong background in fit-out projects.– Experience working on supermarket or similar retail fit-out/refurbishment schemes.– Good communication and organisational skills.– IT literate.
Must have the below qualifications –– SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)– First Aid Certificate– CSCS Card– Fire Marshal– Asbestos Awareness
