Travelers Canada seeks a Director, Delivery Lead to guide agile practices across a Circle (team of teams). You will own PI plan execution, optimize flow, and drive continuous improvement with KPIs and dashboards. Hybrid UK work setup applies, with three days in the office and two at home, or pro rata for part-time.
You will lead multi-team delivery, manage risks, promote best practices, and partner with stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality software solutions.
