A professional services business provides finance services across operational and commercial finance.

Задачи

• Lead the month-end close and prepare monthly management accounts
• Oversee reconciliations, financial controls, and day-to-day finance operations
• Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial analysis
• Prepare VAT and other relevant returns, and support year-end and audit activities
• Provide clear financial insight and business partnering support to senior stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to improve finance processes and controls

Требования

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
• Strong experience in management accounts, month-end reporting, and financial controls
• Hands-on, proactive, and commercially minded
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Confident analysing financial information and explaining it to non-finance colleagues
• Comfortable working independently within a small team
• Strong communicator with a collaborative approach
