TA Operations Leader: Insights, Governance & Transformation

McLaren Racing is seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Partner to shape the way TA operates and to build an efficient, data-driven function. You will work with the Head of Talent Acquisition and the TA team to implement governance, processes and reporting that enable TA Partners to partner strategically with the business.

You will drive continuous improvement across technology, processes and data, delivering insights, clear actions and improved governance to stakeholders.
