Chadwick Nott is assisting a UK Top 100 law firm to recruit an Education (SEN) Solicitor into its Public Law and Human Rights team in East Sussex. The role offers a varied caseload including tribunal appeals, judicial reviews, exclusions, admissions and disability discrimination matters, with real impact for vulnerable clients.
The ideal candidate will have strong education and SEND Tribunal experience, 2–8 years PQE, and the ability to supervise junior colleagues.
