CRM Governance Lead – HubSpot & Data Operations

QS World University Rankings in London is seeking a CRM Manager to lead data operations and platform governance on HubSpot. This role drives engagement and enrolment outcomes by stabilising data foundations and coordinating across Tech, Operations and Analytics.

You will own HubSpot governance end-to-end, design data workflows, and enable cross-functional teams to scale. The position offers a hybrid model with two office days per week and a competitive benefits package.
