O’Neill and Brennan is recruiting for an experienced Bid Manager to join a top-tier main contractor in West London. You will own the pre-construction and tender process, working with estimating, design, planning, commercial and operations to deliver high-quality, competitive bids.
You will manage bids from enquiry to submission, develop bid programmes, coordinate inputs, shape bid strategy and engage clients and stakeholders throughout the tender process.
