Suir Engineering Ltd. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor for a Glasgow-based Data Centre project. This hybrid, permanent role requires a 3rd-level qualification and 5+ years’ experience as a Project QS. You will lead commercial aspects, cost control, procurement and risk management across the project lifecycle.
The successful candidate will coordinate with clients and design teams, review contracts, and manage subcontractor costs and change orders to maximise value and margin.
