Job Description:
Dorset Council is recruiting dynamic and experienced Social Workers for Community Mental Health Teams in Weymouth, Portland, Dorchester and North Dorset. You will carry out strengths-based assessments and care planning to support independence and recovery for adults with significant mental health needs.
You will work closely with health colleagues, undertake Mental Capacity Assessments and S117 reviews, and be prepared to travel across the county.
