Didcot nursery is seeking a passionate Nursery Manager to oversee daily operations and lead a team. This 40-hour, Monday-to-Friday role offers a salary around £45k plus benefits and the chance to contribute to outstanding early years outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have Level 3+ Early Years/Childcare qualifications, 4+ years in the sector including 2 in management, and strong EYFS/safeguarding knowledge, with experience in Ofsted compliance.
