Acute Mental Health Liaison Nurse Practitioner

East London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Mental Health Nurse with experience in supporting individuals in mental health crisis across acute wards and the Emergency Department. The post holder will manage a caseload and provide guidance and supervision to the liaison team and hospital staff.
