Orwell Housing Association Ltd is seeking a proactive Development Accountant to join the Finance team. You will prepare management accounts, support budgeting and forecasting, and manage housing development accounting including WIP and AUC schedules.
You will maintain stock balances and provide financial guidance to the Development team to help manage budgets. You will also handle VAT/CIS returns, balance sheet reconciliations and contribute to system improvements and cross-functional process
