City of London Intermediate QS – Major Fit-Out Projects

O’Neill & Brennan are recruiting an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team working on major fit-out and refurbishment projects in the City of London. The role focuses on commercial management, subcontract packages, and tender analysis to support on-site delivery.

The ideal candidate has around 3-4 years’ experience in fit-out/refurbishment, with experience in main contracting (Tier 1 or 2).
