- Supporting the management of month end accounting processes including preparation of journals, forecasting, variance analysis and costings
- Preparation and presentation of Management Information and other financial reports
- Cost Analysis
- Revenue Analysis
- Management of the development of processes and financial analysis reporting to improve the business’s ability to monitor performance.
- Support with financial planning, including annual business plans
- Support with other areas of the finance team as required, including, but not limited to, accounts receivables, accounts payable, bids, financial governanceWhether you’re part-qualified, studying towards an accountancy qualification, or have equivalent experience, we’ll support your development and help you build the skills needed to progress your finance career., Part-qualified or working towards an accountancy qualification, or qualified by experience. Qualification funding can be supported.
- Experience of working in close partnership with non-financial managers, providing management accounting advice, support and challenge
- Use of standard IT packages such as Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (advanced)
- Good management accounting experience.
- Experience of working with large data sets and financial modelling
- Highly organised individual, with good attention to detail
- Experience of working as part of a team and on own initiative with minimum supervision
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to build sound working relationships
- Previous experience using NetSuite (Oracle) and/or other finance systems.25 days’ holiday (rising to 29) with the opportunity to buy & sell extra leave.
