Part-Time HR Partner – Hands-On, Business-Facing

Benjamin Edwards is seeking an experienced HR Partner to take day-to-day People support for the Skegness site. The role is office based, part-time (circa 30 hours/week), with a flexible pattern and a salary up to £42,500 FTE, pro rata.

You’ll coach managers, build strong relationships and ensure pragmatic HR advice across absence, performance, disciplinary and recruitment processes within a growing organisation in Lincolnshire.
