CesiumAstro is seeking a Senior Recruiting Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition team. You will coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, and handle logistics to ensure a high-quality candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.

You will post jobs, maintain the ATS (Lever), generate recruitment reports, and partner with internal teams to align hiring with business needs. A strong organizational mindset and confidentiality are essential.
