Croydon Council’s Young Croydon Service is seeking a Social Worker to support young people aged 11–18 facing risk in the community. You will work with a dedicated team to assess, plan and intervene, aiming to reduce exploitation and improve outcomes.
The ideal candidate is a qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England, has ASYE, and can manage complex cases and present in court with professionalism and empathy. The role supports flexible/hybrid working aligned with service needs.
