Senior HR Partner – Manufacturing Operations

Terex is seeking a Senior HR Advisor for the Cookstown site in Co. Tyrone. The role reports to the HR Director and leads all day-to-day HR functions, with responsibility for payroll, recruitment, absence management and health initiatives.

The successful candidate will have CIPD qualifications or be working towards, strong NI legislation knowledge, and experience in a manufacturing environment. This is a full-time, site-based position requiring collaboration with a broader HR team.
