UK HR Partner & Payroll Architect

ZEAL Network SE is seeking an experienced HR/People & Culture Generalist to own core HR operations across three UK locations (Norwich, London, Manchester) while coordinating with our Hamburg HQ. You will manage payroll, HRIS, onboarding, contracts, and employee relations, ensuring local compliance and scalable processes.

You will roll out performance management, advise managers, and coach teams while travelling between sites. Fluent English and UK-market experience are essential for this role.
