Plant HR & Training Advisor — Drive People & Performance

Refresco in Milton Keynes is seeking a proactive HR practitioner to deliver a knowledgeable HR service across the site. You will coach managers on employee relations, performance, conduct, and absence, while ensuring adherence to UK employment legislation and company policies.
