Adult Social Worker — Hybrid, Impactful Community Care

Liquid Personnel is recruiting two experienced Adult Social Workers to join its client’s South Bristol Community Links Team on a full-time agency basis. The role offers £32 per hour and a hybrid working model, with initial office presence before moving to hybrid working.

You will manage a diverse caseload under the Care Act, undertake safeguarding, Court of Protection and Mental Capacity Act duties, and work with partner agencies to secure safe outcomes for service users.
