Senior Housing Fraud Investigator

Newlon Housing Trust is seeking an experienced investigator to join the Fraud Investigation Team. You will undertake enquiries across tenancy fraud, succession, occupancy and housing management investigations, gathering evidence, interviewing residents and witnesses, and supporting legal action where required.

You will contribute to recovering housing assets, protecting rental income and ensuring properties are occupied in accordance with tenancy conditions, working with a range of stakeholders
