Chadwick Nott is recruiting a Property Litigation Solicitor in Birmingham for a leading West Midlands firm. The role is based in Birmingham city centre with 2–5 years’ PQE preferred, though applications from others with relevant experience will be considered.

Day-to-day duties include contentious landlord and tenant disputes for both tenants and landlords, boundary disputes, and general property disputes, with TOLATA and property-related professional negligence claims.
