Job Description:
Nuffield Health is seeking a Building Maintenance Manager to take responsibility for the whole site, from the building shell to the surrounding grounds, including pools and plant. You will lead by example and drive a proactive maintenance programme using an electronic CAFM system.
You will hold an electrical qualification (to 17th edition or equivalent) and have strong knowledge of Building Management Systems, emergency lighting testing, PAT and water hygiene in a large industrial unit.
